We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return via stephanie@house-of-halcyon.com. Please do not return your item without contacting us first.
Damages & Issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if your product arrives damaged, defective or you received the wrong item, so we can evaluate the situation and make it right.
If your product causes a skin irritation please get in touch for an exchange or refund within 30 days of the purchase date.
Is it easy to return items?
Yes, once your return is authorized and if requested you can return your product to Halcyon at your own expense - as we are a small business. We do recommend using registered post to be sure it arrives to us.
How soon will I get my refund?
Once your item(s) are received (if return is requested), refunds are typically processed within 5-7 days.
What items are non-refundable?
- Free gifts or promotional items.
- Products that have been significantly used.
- Returns on partial sets.
- Original shipping paid.
