MASSAGE THERAPY
Will treat soft tissue pain conditions and injuries, increase joint mobility and flexibility. Reduce stress hormones, stimulate nerve endings, increase blood flow and lymph drainage, improve skin tone, sleep quality, reconnect you to your higher self and improve your wellbeing.
MY FORMULA
With a background in Personal Training and teaching Yoga it was a natural progression to want to assist with healing my clients and train as a Deep Tissue, Sports and Swedish Massage Therapist.
With over 14 years experience in treating a wide range of soft tissue pain conditions and injuries, it is my intention is to help improve your musculoskeletal system and enhance your everyday life.
